Probation Management Group, Inc. was founded in 1997 by its owner and president Debra Taylor.  Over the past nineteen years the company has served approximately 6000 clients assigned through the Memphis and Shelby County court system.  Our mission is to serve the courts, attorneys, community and our clients.  We honor our legal responsibilities to the courts and recognize the importance of guiding our clients through challenging times.

Our commitment is to supervise, monitor and counsel each probationer according to court instructions. Our goal is to give each probationer the tools to recognize and repair their mistakes, improve their circumstances and enjoy the benefits of personal growth.  Success for our clients assures the judicial system rehabilitation is a viable and worthy alternative to incarceration.  It is personally rewarding for those of us at PMG to be a part of their positive achievements.

Working directly with offenders, families, judges, prosecutors, attorneys, law enforcement, counselors, employers, non-profits, and the community, we provide probation supervision, individual assessments, bond supervision, onsite urinalysis testing, and alcohol breathalyzer testing. Our reports to the courts are timely, informative, and accurate. We refer to substance abuse treatment providers, anger management counselors, financial management courses, mental health professionals, AA/NA groups, and victim impact panels.

Our verification services include verification or residency, employments, community service hours, AA/NA attendance, continuing education, and treatment program attendance, compliance, and completion.
